SUSTAINABILITY IN MICHELANGELO HOTELS & RESORTS

Sustainability is at the core of our hotels’ values. We firmly believe that a "Green" hotel should not only be eco-friendly, but also provide guests with enchanting experiences. We are dedicated to operating in an environmentally friendly manner that in addition benefits the local community. 

Our commitment extends to reducing the kWh limit per overnight stay, aligning with the Travelife green energy consumption standards for hotels. Continuously seeking ways to decrease energy consumption, we invest in research for energy-saving methods, such as incorporating automatic sensors and LED lighting. In addition, our personnel undergo training to implement water-saving techniques and our guests can choose to complement to reuse their towels to save water. 

In tackling waste reduction, our comprehensive recycling program covers plastic, paper, metal, used cooking oil, batteries, and obsolete equipment. 

To further support the local community and reduce waste, we have increased the presence of local products in all our restaurants.
